In business part of our training we explain the 4 different ways to make money, in order to choose the best way for you to achieve your dreams in your life.

We will discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of the four groups of Employee, Small business, Big business and Investment.

At the end we would explain why we recommend Network Marketing as one of the most possible ways to achieve wealth for a common person.

Definition of employee Let us analyse the first category, the employee group. Employees are those people who work for companies or organizations  for a fixed salary based on their knowledge and skills. It is important to note that even the managers and directors at highest level of responsibilities are also employees of the company or organization.




good and bad about Employee ... mlm training job will earn you a fixed salary and this may well be your salary for years.  Of course if you get promoted after many years, your salary may increase a little. But generally, you have very little money left each month. To become an employee is a common way of making money and most people belong to this category.
 Now let’s talk about a job: * Job gives you a fixed salary * May give you medical insurance * If you work until retirement, you may enjoy retirement benefits. You may like to have medical insurance and retirement benefits.  But the retirement benefit they pay you may not be enough to pay your medical costs in your old age. So to be an employee wouldn’t be a smart choice.
 To get a job normally you need * to study hard and spend money for 4+ years to get a diploma or a degree. * to have some experience before they offer you the job
 * connections, like a friend or someone influential to recommend you. Some facts about an employee: . You feel safe when you have a job. But you are wrong. The co. may close down due to poor business and you may get retrenched or the co. may terminate you and you lose your job. The sense of safety or security may be false.( Read the book “Risky is the New Safe” by Randy Gage.) . Your family feel happy and safe. They are also wrong. . You must wake up early every morning year after year to go to work. Which is not fun at all. . You live from pay cheque to pay cheque. If your pay cheque is delayed, a may face a financial problem. . You cannot learn or improve yourself much . An employee merely obeys the boss’s orders; no need to be creative. . You have to be careful with your spending.  You cannot spend more than you have earned for that month. . You cannot afford to buy your dream car or a dream house or have a dream life.
 This group will always work for money. And, they are always thinking about money.


Issues and problems of being employee ... mlm training1. Why do you work for something that can never be yours? For something you can never pass to your next generation?
 2. Many employees experience losing their job at least once in their working life.
 3. An employee does not have any right to be sick or to be away from work due to accidents.
 4. Because of limited salary, they can hardly decide to travel or to stay in a Five-star hotel or to choose their favourite food in a restaurant or to have a family.

Tips about employee, mlm training. Tip: When you are an employee they can buy you with a few extra dollars. For example, we have seen people who wanted to quit the job. Then the boss offered them $100 more and they agreed to stay. Are they worth only 100$ more to do what they don’t like to do? It’s annoying!




 

Schooling is not education, mlm training. Nobody is against schooling. It is always great and is appreciated. Going to school with the purpose of making money in future, is not a smart way of investing time and money, because its ROI (return on investment) is not acceptable . Schooling should be because you love it, because you enjoy learning, because you are passionate to acquire knowledge. But some people choose a field of study that they don’t even like but because they think they can make good money in future. That is not a smart decision. If schooling is a good way to create wealth, then lecturers of universities that you went to should be the richest people on earth. Which they are not!

Must know facts of a small business. *  you are your own boss and you think you can control your time, but in fact you cannot go to work or close your office anytime you like because you will discourage your customers and damage your credit. * You might be able work harder or smarter, You should always do it by yourself *You have only 24hrs a day to work and make money,. Because you can make as many hours as you work … * You must work until you need to make money. That’s why you see very old doctors and shop or restaurant owners are still working. * You cannot immigrate to a new country or change your city easily. Because you will lose almost all your credit and customers. * You are so busy and you might not be able to enjoy the money you make. Your time must be used for the business, a doctor has no relaxing times sometimes ,,,,  even in midnights. * You always have a dream to become financially free.
  The goal is to make money, and you should always work and think of money until you need to make money.

Win or lose, In most businesses out there you will see a fair or unfair competitions … A restaurant owner doesn’t like another resonant to be open nearby .
