Definition of employee Let us analyse the first category, the employee group. Employees are those people who work for companies or organizations  for a fixed salary based on their knowledge and skills. It is important to note that even the managers and directors at highest level of responsibilities are also employees of the company or organization.

You must wake up early every morning year after year to go to work. Which is not fun at all. . You live from pay cheque to pay cheque. If your pay cheque is delayed, a may face a financial problem. . You cannot learn or improve yourself much . An employee merely obeys the boss’s orders; no need to be creative. . You have to be careful with your spending.  You cannot spend more than you have earned for that month. . You cannot afford to buy your dream car or a dream house or have a dream life.
 This group will always work for money. And, they are always thinking about money.
